A PMP-certified project management professional with more than two decades of experience leading cross-functional technical teams, Michael orchestrates the systems implementations, integrations, and multi-vendor coordination that move a business from strategy to operating reality. He keeps each phase aligned to scope, milestone, and timeline, applying both Waterfall and Agile methods to fit the work. His role is to ensure the methodology runs as designed and that what gets built endures.
